Delivery Estimate – Process and Progress

Ok, slow down, and read this FAQ as it is updated as of the date above. Now…..

The good news is we have been getting our big drops of aluminum since Jan 24th!!! We have been upping our production rates as you have probably noticed from the spreadsheet below. On average, we are shipping approximately 40 orders a week. We are raising production even further by purchasing more tools, machines, etc.

We estimated shipping these racks in 90 days to 6 months from your order date, depending on aluminum shipments, supply chain, etc. Yes, we are overdue.

New orders will be added weekly, so check back on Tuesdays for the prior week.

NOTE: Ramps are being shipped in order of the queue but we are occasionally backordered on these

NOTE 2: Locks are being offered in order of the queue so as to take care of delivered customers first. You will get an automated email about 2 weeks after your initial order ships. Be patient, we are swamped with inquires. You can learn more about the Wheel Locks HERE

Here is a progress report sorted by Order #. First ordered is first to ship; no exceptions, no rush orders, etc. Production queue numbers could change, as a few people have asked for refunds and this bumps everyone up. Both Presale tranches are in the spreadsheet in order of production schedule:

• 1st Tranche – Aug 2020 thru Feb 2021 (complete)
  • Full Price orders
  • Deposit orders
• 2nd Tranche July 26th, 2021 thru the present (currently fulfilling on our 2nd biggest day, July 27th 2021, when we opened sales up again.)
  • Full Price orders
  • Deposit orders
• We are currently producing orders created on November 12, 2021.

NOTE: The website answers almost every question that has been asked of us, we update it constantly and add FAQs immediately when appropriate. The more you search the website and look for answers, the more time we can spend on other tasks.
