📧 When FedEx or USPS scans your package(s), you will receive an email stating that your order has shipped. It will include the tracking number and information about how to track your package(s).

🔄 Processing = your order was placed and we are working on it

📦 Completed = your order is packaged and a label has been created for it

🚚 Shipped = FedEx or USPS picked up your package(s) from our factory, scanned it, and it will soon be on its way to you.

When will my credit card be charged?

💳 Your credit card will be charged shortly after you place your order.

❌ If you need to cancel your order, we can do that and we”ll issue you a full refund. We are shipping all orders within a day or two. Please let us know ASAP if you want to cancel your order. Email us at Support@QuikrStuff.com for the fastest service.

🚚 If you want to cancel your order but it has already shipped, you will incur the cost of shipping all products back to us. There is also a 10% restocking fee. We need to receive products back within 30 days. Upon receiving the items back in perfect condition, we will issue you a full refund (minus the original shipping costs we incurred to ship your order to you as well as the restocking fee).

What if I want to add to my existing order?

🛒 To add items to your existing order, log into your account and place an additional order. Your account was created during the process of placing your first order. We’ll use your name and email address to match up your orders and your locks/keys. You can put your previous order # and your key # in the Order Notes section, but this is not absolutely necessary.

📞 Do not call us to add to your existing order. We will just suggest that you place an additional order, as stated above.

📦 We typically ship all orders within one week and often within a day or two after the order is placed.

🚚 If we get the additional order in time, everything will ship out together. If we don’t, the items from the second order will come along shortly.

Where We Ship

🇺🇸 🇨🇦 We ship within the USA (lower 48 states), APOs, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada – priced at current rates. Free shipping is not included with any shipments, as shipping and fuel charges are extremely volatile. Our shipping charges are determined based on each customer’s individual address, rather than charging the people close to us more to make up for the people farther away.

How to Determine Shipping Cost

💲 We cannot provide ahead of ordering an exact shipping cost to your area. To determine your shipping cost, put the items you’re interested in ordering into the cart and go through the checkout process until you see the shipping options. You can then choose to complete your order or not.

Signature Required

✍️ Every large package we ship via FedEx–rack, add-on, ramp–will arrive in its own box. Usually these boxes arrive all at once, but on occasion they are delivered at different times. You (or someone else) needs to be present to sign for each box. The signature requirement is mandatory so that we can insure the package(s).

P.O. Boxes

📪 FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box #. Please use your street address for shipping, if at all possible.

If you must use a P.O. box, you have to type in the street address of the post office where your box is.

Use this format (P.O. Box is 702):

241 N 4th St #702
City, State Zip

Do NOT write it like this:

241 N 4th St, P.O. Box 702 or 241 N 4th St, POB 702
City, State Zip

If FedEx sees a P.O. box, they will return the packages.

Do you have gift cards?

🎁 We love the idea of giving a QuikrStuff gift card! We can create a “product” that you can put into your cart that will generate a single-use coupon code for whatever amount you would like.

The process:

1. You let us know the amount of the gift card you would like to purchase (any amount of your choice).
2. We create the product, making it available for you to purchase.
3. You shop and put this product in your cart. Upon payment, we will provide you a coupon code (i.e., gift card).
4. You present the coupon code as your gift OR we create a document that you can present as your gift. The document will include our company name; the amount of your gift; the coupon code and instructions for using it; and, if you wish, a personal message from you.

How do I submit tax exemption info?

If you qualify for tax exemption (e.g., you’re purchasing on behalf of a government agency, non-profit, school, or tax-exempt business), please contact us at Sales@QuikrStuff.com before placing your order. We’ll set up your account to ensure sales tax is not charged at checkout.

To process your request, please include the following information in your email:

  • Organization name

  • Primary contact name

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Tax Exemption Certificate for your state (or equivalent documentation)

  • EIN (Employer Identification Number) if applicable

  • Brief explanation of the exemption status (e.g., non-profit, reseller, government entity)

Once we verify your exemption, we’ll configure your account for tax-exempt purchases.

Can I visit the QuikrStuff factory?

🇺🇸 QuikrStuff is proud to call Grand Junction, Colorado, USA home since its inception in 2020. We manufacture and assemble all QuikrStuff Quik Rach Mach2 bike racks at our Grand Junction factory.

📍 We welcome you to visit our factory Monday through Thursday 7:00 – 4:00. We are not open Friday through Sunday. During your visit, you can get a quick tour of the factory, get a rack demo and try a rack out on your own vehicle; purchase a rack and accessories; and/or pick up your order. Please contact us and let us know the nature of your visit beforehand so that we can better serve you.

What is email verification?

QuikrStuff recently implemented email verification as part of the ordering process. This applies to new customers only.

What is email verification?

📧 Email verification is the process of confirming that an email address is valid, active, and can receive emails. It typically involves checks for correct format, domain validity, and active mailboxes. It uses a confirmation email with an activation link or code to confirm ownership.

⚠️ Email verification prevents fraudulent orders and saves time and money on our end. For you, it ensures that no one is using your email address for fraudulent reasons.

⏲️ Email verification is easy and adds about 15 seconds to the ordering process. 

What does the process look like?

🛒 After you put items in your shopping cart and click on the cart to start the checkout process, you’ll be asked to enter your email address. Choose an email address that you can check and one that you regularly use.

 

📥 You’ll see the instructions as you go along. Check your email for the four-digit code that was just sent to you and enter it in the boxes.

 

Upon entering the correct code, you’ll be automatically returned to the checkout process where you can complete your order.

NOTE: Creating an account with us is part of the process for your first order. You’ll need to think of and enter a password you want to use.

Returning customers must log into their account. If you enter your email address into the email verification form, it will say that there is a saved password for that email address and will not let you continue. Back out of there and log into your account instead.

QuikrStuff recently implemented email verification as part of the ordering process. This applies to new customers only.

What is email verification?

📧 Email verification is the process of confirming that an email address is valid, active, and can receive emails. It typically involves checks for correct format, domain validity, and active mailboxes. It uses a confirmation email with an activation link or code to confirm ownership.

⚠️ Email verification prevents fraudulent orders and saves time and money on our end. For you, it ensures that no one is using your email address for fraudulent reasons.

⏲️ Email verification is easy and adds about 15 seconds to the ordering process. 

What does the process look like?

🛒 After you put items in your shopping cart and click on the cart to start the checkout process, you’ll be asked to enter your email address. Choose an email address that you can check and one that you regularly use.

 

📥 You’ll see the instructions as you go along. Check your email for the four-digit code that was just sent to you and enter it in the boxes.

 

Upon entering the correct code, you’ll be automatically returned to the checkout process where you can complete your order.

NOTE: Creating an account with us is part of the process for your first order. You’ll need to think of and enter a password you want to use.

Returning customers must log into their account. If you enter your email address into the email verification form, it will say that there is a saved password for that email address and will not let you continue. Back out of there and log into your account instead.

Where We Ship

🇺🇸 🇨🇦 We ship within the USA (lower 48 states), APOs, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada – priced at current rates. Free shipping is not included with any shipments, as shipping and fuel charges are extremely volatile. Our shipping charges are determined based on each customer’s individual address, rather than charging the people close to us more to make up for the people farther away.

How to Determine Shipping Cost

💲 We cannot provide ahead of ordering an exact shipping cost to your area. To determine your shipping cost, put the items you’re interested in ordering into the cart and go through the checkout process until you see the shipping options. You can then choose to complete your order or not.

Signature Required

✍️ Every large package we ship via FedEx–rack, add-on, ramp–will arrive in its own box. Usually these boxes arrive all at once, but on occasion they are delivered at different times. You (or someone else) needs to be present to sign for each box. The signature requirement is mandatory so that we can insure the package(s).

P.O. Boxes

📪 FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box #. Please use your street address for shipping, if at all possible.

If you must use a P.O. box, you have to type in the street address of the post office where your box is.

Our shipping charges are determined based on each customer’s individual address, rather than charging the people close to us more to make up for the people farther away.

How to Determine Shipping Cost

💲 We cannot provide ahead of ordering an exact shipping cost to your area. To determine your shipping cost, put the items you’re interested in ordering into the cart and go through the checkout process until you see the shipping options. You can then choose to complete your order or not.

Signature Required

✍️ Every large package we ship via FedEx–rack, add-on, ramp–will arrive in its own box. Usually these boxes arrive all at once, but on occasion they are delivered at different times. You (or someone else) needs to be present to sign for each box. The signature requirement is mandatory so that we can insure the package(s).

P.O. Boxes

📪 FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box #. Please use your street address for shipping, if at all possible.

If you must use a P.O. box, you have to type in the street address of the post office where your box is.

Use this format (P.O. Box is 702):

241 N 4th St #702
City, State Zip

Do NOT write it like this:

241 N 4th St, P.O. Box 702 or 241 N 4th St, POB 702
City, State Zip

If FedEx sees a P.O. box, they will return the packages.

Note: If you are only ordering small items or accessories that will ship via USPS (i.e., not FedEx), a P.O. Box is acceptable.

Will I receive tracking info for my shipment?

UPDATED OCTOBER 2025

📧 You’ll receive tracking information via email once FedEx or USPS picks up your package(s) from our factory.

Note that there can be a slight delay between an order being COMPLETED and SHIPPED.

🔄 Processing = your order was placed and we are working on it

📦 Completed = your order is packaged and a label has been created for it

🚚 Shipped = FedEx or USPS picked up your package(s) from our factory, scanned it, and it will soon be on its way to you.

Do you have gift cards?

🎁 We love the idea of giving a QuikrStuff gift card! We can create a “product” that you can put into your cart that will generate a single-use coupon code for whatever amount you would like.

The process:

1. You let us know the amount of the gift card you would like to purchase (any amount of your choice).
2. We create the product, making it available for you to purchase.
3. You shop and put this product in your cart. Upon payment, we will provide you a coupon code (i.e., gift card).
4. You present the coupon code as your gift OR we create a document that you can present as your gift. The document will include our company name; the amount of your gift; the coupon code and instructions for using it; and, if you wish, a personal message from you.

How do I submit tax exemption info?

UPDATED OCTOBER 2025

If you qualify for tax exemption (e.g., you’re purchasing on behalf of a government agency, non-profit, school, or tax-exempt business), please contact us at Sales@QuikrStuff.com before placing your order. We’ll set up your account to ensure sales tax is not charged at checkout.

To process your request, please include the following information in your email:

  • Organization name

  • Primary contact name

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Phone number

  • Tax Exemption Certificate for your state (or equivalent documentation)

  • EIN (Employer Identification Number) if applicable

  • Brief explanation of the exemption status (e.g., non-profit, reseller, government entity)

Once we verify your exemption, we’ll configure your account for tax-exempt purchases.

Can I visit the QuikrStuff factory?

🇺🇸 QuikrStuff is proud to call Grand Junction, Colorado, USA home since its inception in 2020. We manufacture and assemble all QuikrStuff Quik Rach Mach2 bike racks at our Grand Junction factory.

📍 We welcome you to visit our factory Monday through Thursday 7:00 – 4:00. We are not open Friday through Sunday. During your visit, you can get a quick tour of the factory, get a rack demo and try a rack out on your own vehicle; purchase a rack and accessories; and/or pick up your order. Please contact us and let us know the nature of your visit beforehand so that we can better serve you.

What is email verification?

QuikrStuff recently implemented email verification as part of the ordering process. This applies to new customers only.

What is email verification?

📧 Email verification is the process of confirming that an email address is valid, active, and can receive emails. It typically involves checks for correct format, domain validity, and active mailboxes. It uses a confirmation email with an activation link or code to confirm ownership.

⚠️ Email verification prevents fraudulent orders and saves time and money on our end. For you, it ensures that no one is using your email address for fraudulent reasons.

⏲️ Email verification is easy and adds about 15 seconds to the ordering process. 

What does the process look like?

🛒 After you put items in your shopping cart and click on the cart to start the checkout process, you’ll be asked to enter your email address. Choose an email address that you can check and one that you regularly use.

 

📥 You’ll see the instructions as you go along. Check your email for the four-digit code that was just sent to you and enter it in the boxes.

 

Upon entering the correct code, you’ll be automatically returned to the checkout process where you can complete your order.

NOTE: Creating an account with us is part of the process for your first order. You’ll need to think of and enter a password you want to use.

Returning customers must log into their account. If you enter your email address into the email verification form, it will say that there is a saved password for that email address and will not let you continue. Back out of there and log into your account instead.
