Waitlist 101
We understand there might be some confusion about when you can order your rack. Though the presale email said “starting to take orders 7/7/20,” that did not mean that everyone on the waitlist would be able to order on that date. This meant we would start sending the “order now” message to our waitlist in increasingly larger batches.
To expand our production speed to meet demand, waitlist deposits and purchases will be invested in additional automated CNC machines. It’s our own version of “Kickstarter”, but with the waiting list, we can do it ourselves, thanks to you all.
- You will receive a unique link to purchase when it is your turn to buy.
- We do not know exactly when you will receive your email; as it is a function of how many orders are placed before you, which varies with each email batch. To give you an idea, we have emailed roughly 1000 people and sold, or took deposits, on 100 racks.
- We are now sending out in 500 person batches to make the process faster.
- There will be approximately 72 hours between email batches, allowing you time to buy before those below you on the list.
- If you’re unable to purchase within 72 hours of receiving your link, we know things happen, just email us if you missed the window. But email us right away, please!!!
- When we have gone through the waiting list, discounted pricing will end and we will begin taking orders from the general public.

- If I order now, when will it ship?
- Shipping speed is a function of how orders are placed before you. This varies with every batch. We are shipping racks everyday.
- Since we are sold out, any NEW orders after July 27th should be shipping in about 90 days
- Can I track my order?
- Yes, you’ll receive tracking info once it has shipped.
- Can I put a deposit down on the 1-¼”? Can I put that towards the discounted 2” if I change my mind? Or vice versa?
- Yes
- If I buy a rack now, can I put a deposit down towards future discounted Add-on(s)?
- No, you must purchase everything at once to take advantage of the special waitlist pricing.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free FedEx ground for orders $499+ in the 48 contiguous states. FedEx 2-day is $55 and overnight is $89. Canada is $49 per box.
