We are only shipping to the USA (Alaska and Hawaii included), US Military, and Canada at this time.
We currently ONLY offer international shipments to Canada. We hope to expand into other destinations as we catch up on backorders. It is worth noting that you will pay a shipping fee with us, and any additional duties, taxes, or tariffs associated with the shipment charged by the CBSA are your responsibility to pay.
We use FedEx International Connect Plus as our default service. FedEx highly discourages the use of FedEx Ground for international shipments. FedEx Ground doesn’t include brokerage surcharges. When packages cross the border into Canada, the Canadian government reserves the right to call the recipient to confirm the broker to use. If the recipient doesn’t return the call or provide a broker, the package is returned to sender. Selecting a broker can lead to delays and additional brokerage fees. When shipping internationally, FedEx recommends services such as International Connect Plus. This service designates FedEx as the broker, and includes all associated brokerage fees. If you have a specific broker in mind and would like to use FedEx Ground shipping, please contact us to set up your order.
Free shipping is NOT included in any shipments, as shipping and fuel charges are extremely volatile.
If you want to know how much your shipping will be, please put the desired items in your cart and go through the checkout process until you get to shipping. You can decide from there whether or not you want to complete the order.
Additionally, we decided we should be more “equitable” in our pricing methodology to charge accordingly to each customer vs. charging the people close to us more to make up for the people farther away.
