Shipping

Free shipping is NOT included in any shipments, as shipping and fuel charges are extremely volatile.

We only ship to USA (Lower 48 states), APOs, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada – priced at current rates.

Shipping cost is available at checkout.

Additionally, we decided we should be more “equitable” in our pricing methodology to charge accordingly to each customer vs. charging the people close to us more to make up for the people farther away.

Shipping Guidelines and Policies

  • FedEx Ground deliveries take between 1-5 days, with most packages arriving within 3 business days.
  • You will receive tracking info as soon as your order is completed and loaded into Santa’s sleigh! Check your spam.
  • APO addresses subject to shipping fees based on location. Pricing will be determined at checkout.
  • A $35 shipping fee will be charged if the shipping address needs to be changed after the order has shipped.
  • QuikrStuff is not responsible for missing packages if an incorrect shipping address is provided. It is your responsibility to be proactive with us.
  • The customer is responsible for sending products back in the event of an incorrect purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee.
  • After delivery, QuikrStuff is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Delivery drivers will attempt to deliver your package three times before it is either held at your local shipping facility for you to pick up or returned to QuikrStuff. If the package is returned to QuikrStuff, the customer is responsible for the return postage.

Duties/Taxes/Tariffs Disclaimer for Shipments to Canada

All prices on our website are shown in US dollars. Please note that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs which are levied by the Canadian government. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

The amount of these charges can vary and are determined by the Canadian government and are based on the value of the goods being shipped, their country of origin, and other factors. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information about these charges.

Please note that any delay in delivery due to customs clearance procedures is beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, delays, or damage caused by the customs process.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to be responsible for any duties, taxes, and tariffs levied by the Canadian government. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment to Canada, please contact us.

Sales Tax

Your order is subject to sales tax determined by your state. If you should be exempt, please upload a tax exemption certificate at checkout.

Refunds

You may return your product for a full refund at any time within 30 days of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee.
Simply email us to request a refund and we will issue a RMA and shipping label. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. Your refund will be processed when the returned item is received and checked in to be in working order.

Warranty

QuikrStuff offers a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects on parts, under approved, normal use.

In the event of theft, vandalism, collision, product misuse, chemical reactions, and oxidation/color fading due to natural environment causes, QuikrStuff is not liable.

NOTE: We cannot provide guidance on fit, nor guarantee the full and safe function of our product when used in conjunction with 3rd party accessories, not limited to, but including: Hitch Extensions, Swing Away Pivots, Hitch adapters, Bike Covers, etc. Any damages that result from the use and/or installation of products and/or parts on your QuikrStuff rack that are not unmodified QuikrStuff parts, are not covered by our Warranty and will be considered negligence by you, the customer.

*Warranty valid for original product purchaser only. Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims. All customers will be required to pay for shipping on products under warranty. An RMA will be required before we agree to repair/replace any products.

**QuikrStuff racks are made of aluminum, stainless steel hardware, and Delrin bushings. Our racks are anodized, and powder coated. Everything fades in UV. This is a normal occurrence and will not be warrantied. All hardware should be inspected and tightened periodically. If replacement parts are needed, please contact QuikrStuff.
